Season about to start for NSWSKC

This Sunday, 20^th February, at the Nepean Motorsport Complex on Rickards Road, Castlereagh,

the New South Wales Speedway Kart Club will fire up for its 21^st season of top kart action.

Round 1 of the Championship will see over 80 go-kart drivers endeavor to get an early jump in the

points race as they strive to become the 2011 Champion.

The committee of the NSWSKC has worked hard in the off-season and a full and exciting season

has been organized for the Club which will include the introduction of endurance races and teams events.

 In September the Club will be the proud host of the second running of the AKA Australian Speedway Kart Titles.

The Club is very privileged to have Stillshots.com on board this season as a corporate partner. 

Stillshots.com  will be the Naming Rights Sponsor for this week’s seventh running of the “Champion Of Champions“ race.

This meeting will see the debut of the new Club Champion, junior driver Nathan Camilleri,

as he begins to defend his title. Last year Nathan was the most outstanding driver of the

Club earning the right to carry to coveted Number 1 plate on his kart.

 Strong numbers in all classes will make for some very exciting and close wheel-to-wheel

racing on the superbly prepared Nepean circuit.

Racing commences at 10am and the 32 event program is scheduled to be completed by 3pm,

at which time everyone is invited to be a part of the trophy presentations to the meeting’s victors.

An excellent canteen facility is available for all your eating and drinking needs, so if you are a speedway

fan come out to Nepean on Sunday and watch some grass roots speedway action.
